The original UTS building at 371 Bloor Street West, was constructed in 1910. For more than 100 years, it has been a home to incredible students and the pride of our alumni. UTS is embarking on a transformative addition and modernization of the building to support our innovative learning environment.
UTS will direct your gift to where it will make the greatest impact, responding to challenges and new opportunities as they arise.
Almost 20% of UTS students receive financial assistance each year with bursaries ranging from 5% to 100% of tuition. Your financial support, along with student merit – continues to be the driving force in making a UTS education accessible. Donations in any amount designated to bursary help defray tuition costs for students with financial need. Named endowed bursaries may be established with a minimum donation of $50,000.
Không có taiStudents who qualify for bursary support also qualify proportionally for the Supplementary Bursary to fund expenditures of co-curricular activities. For example, if a student receives 50% bursary support, 50% of the cost of a trip to New York for the UTS Arts trip will be covered by the Supplementary Bursary.
The Principal’s Fund augments and enhances student-centred curricular and co-curricular activities and provides students with new cutting-edge opportunities. Initiatives supported by this fund include new technology to help students with writing, and welcoming Aboriginal Elder Cat Criger to UTS to work with students and staff as part of our Equity and Inclusion initiative.
